Ziboxan® F80 is an 80-mesh general food-grade xanthan gum that is used in beverages, dairy products and ice cream to improve its stability. It is also used in various sauces and condiments to extend their shelf life. In baking, it is used to improve the moisture retention and taste flexibility during baking.
