Ziboxan®TD xanthan gum is a dried product made from starch and plant protein fermented and extracted by natural Xanthomonas aeruginosa. Its aqueous solution is smooth and has good rheological and shear resistance properties. It is a high molecular weight hydrophilic colloid with good thickening and stabilizing effects.
