Product Introduction
High acyl gellan gum Zibogel HA is a polysaccharide macromolecular substance. It is a new type of microbial extracellular polysaccharide produced by the gram-negative bacterium Pseudomonas through deep aeration fermentation using sucrose and glucose as carbon sources. It has the advantages of low useful amount, good suspension performance, strong aroma release ability, acid resistance, and enzyme resistance.
