Ziboxan® KF is a new xanthan gum product developed in 2020 by Erdos Zhongxuan Biochemical Co., Ltd., specifically designed for instant beverages. It can be widely used in instant coffee, milk tea, health supplements, and other beverages. It dissolves rapidly in both cold and hot water; exhibits good thickening stability; produces a smooth aqueous solution with good rheological properties; and enhances the appearance and taste of beverages.
