Product Introduction
Zibogel HA, a high-acyl gellan gum, is a polysaccharide macromolecule produced by Gram-negative bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa through deep aeration fermentation. It is a novel microbial extracellular polysaccharide with advantages such as low dosage, good suspension properties, strong aroma release ability, acid resistance, and enzyme resistance.
