Ziboxan® F200 is a 200-mesh general food-grade xanthan gum, which is used in beverages, dairy products and ice cream to improve its stability, and is also used in various sauces and condiments to extend their shelf life. In baking, it is used to improve the moisture retention and taste flexibility during baking.
