Ziboxan® FT is a highly transparent, instant-dissolving product that is smooth and soluble, with good viscoelasticity. The rheology meets the food rheology requirements for safe swallowing. It has rheological pH and osmotic pressure suitable for safe consumption by patients with dysphagia. It ensures that patients avoid dangers caused by low viscosity food when eating, and has fluidity that is safe for consumption. The production control process is stricter than that of ordinary xanthan gum, and the impurities inside are treated more cleanly. The purity of the product is greatly improved, the transparency of the product is better, and the product performance is more stable.
